The representative said so on the fringes of the 6th Consultative Council of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Communication Technologies held in Luanda.

He underlined that the legislative package to bring into force the referred regime started with approval by the head of the executive power of the Strategic Plan for the Licensing Regime.

According to him, the same plan was implemented under the approval of a strategic plan for electrical radio spectrum and numbering.

Meanwhile, the official said that the new licensing regime and access to services of electronic communication networks includes the issuance of Global Unified Deeds to three operators (Unitel, Movicel and Angola Telecom) and introduced the modality of multi services licensing, so as to enable a bigger number of people to open companies and provide services.
