Luanda - The Angolan Institute of Communications (INACOM) Thursday announced that the procedures and specifications for the international public tender on the concession of the new telephone operator are available.

INACOM makes available terms and references for new operator tender

According to a note from INACOM, this procedure follows the announcement of the opening of the international public tender for the concession of electronic communication service in Angola.

The public tender for the new operator was announced on November 28 in the State Gazette.
Angola has three global operators that provide voice, data and internet services, namely Angola Telecom, Unitel and Movicel.
