Handball: Petro de Luanda Back Home with 10th Babacar Fall Title

Luanda, 06/05 - Petro de Luanda senior ladies handball team returned to Angola this Tuesday afternoon, after conquering in Abidjan the tenth Babacar Fall Cup, by defeating last Saturday, Rombo Sports of Cotê D`ivoire, by 26-22.
Petro de Luanda that travelled to Abidjan with a 38-28 advantage obtained in the first leg played in the Angolan capital, Luanda, did not have great difficulties to overcome their opponents who tried to change the result in the their home field.
After conquering the Cup, Petro de Luandas coach Armando Gomes "Kulau" reiterated the trust deposited on his players, stressing that his team travelled to Abidjan to maintain the advantage of goals obtained in Luanda.
The coach said that from now on Petro will concentrate their attention on the national championship, at the same time prepare for the African Handball Clubs Champions Cup, to be held next October, in Benin.
