Nádia Cruz at African Olympic athletes meeting in Johannesburg

Luanda – The chairman of the Angolan Olympic Athletes Association (AAOA), Nádia Cruz, left on Tuesday for Johannesburg, in South Africa, to attend a meeting aimed at discussing strategies for the development of the sports people in Africa, in the next three years.
Nádia Cruz was invited to attend the meeting by the Athletes Commission of the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA).
According to a press note from the Angolan Olympic Committee (COA), the meeting is happening from this Wednesday to Friday and it will be headed by the chairman of ANOCA, the Ivorian Lassana Palenfo.
The meeting is also being attended by the chairman of the Athletes Commission of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Frankie Fredericks, members of IOC, Hicham El Guerrouj and Raina El Wani, as well as by the top official of ANOCA, the Senegalese Amadou Dia Ba.
