Kabuscorp do Palanca win Super Cup

Luanda - With goals scored by Meyong (twice) and Trèsor Mputu Mabi, Kabuscorp do Palanca won on Tuesday the football Super Cup, first trophy of 2014 season, after beating Petro de Luanda by 3-1 at Luanda’s 11 de Novembro stadium.

Petro de Luanda scored at 40 minutes by Gilberto, but the Cameroonian Meyong levelled the match at 44 minutes for the national champions.

In the second half, the Cameroonian doubled the score for Kabuscorp do Palanca at 56 minutes and the Congolese Trèsor Mputu Mabi netted at 62 minutes for defending champions.

This is the first trophy of Kabuscorp do Palanca, while Petro de Luanda have already won six super cups.
