Libolo beat Interclube and narrow basketball title race
Luanda - Recreativo do Libolo defeated on Thursday Interclube by 79-76 at Luanda’s Dream Space arena, in the last game of the third turn of the Final Four phase of the national senior males basketball championship (BAI Basket).

With this result, the central Cuanza Sul province-based Libolo club lead the competition with 17 points and is just two games away from the National Men Basketball Championship title.
Recreativo do Libolo is only depending on itself to win the trophy, while the opponents have their fate dependent on other encounters scores, when it is missing three matches to end the competition.
For the same round, 1º de Agosto beat Petro de Luandas by 86-85 at Luanda’s Victorino Cunha arena.
1º de Agosto occupy the second place with 15 points, while Petro de Luanda are at 12 position with 12 points.
Interclube are at the bottom of the table with 10 points.
