Petro de Luanda win 12nd Babacar Fall Super Cup
Luanda - Angola?s senior women team of handball, Petro de Luanda, won the Babacar Fall Super Cup on Monday in Oyo (Congo Brazzaville), after beating the local Interclube du Congo by 33-26.

By the halftime, the title holding team were winning the match by 17-12, thus confirming their anticipated favouritism.
This was the 12th time Petro de Luanda win the 12th edition of the competition.
Babacar Fall Super Cup is an African Basketball Confederation competition that officially opens the African clubs season, with Angola appearing with two teams, Progresso do Sambizanga and title holding Petro de Luanda.
Progresso do Sambizanga will play the first phase of group A, with Congo’s Interclube and Asel, and Cameroonian Fap and Tck.
Petro come in group B, along with Abo do Congo, Phoenix of Gabon and Heritage and HC Nuru, both from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
