Captain of "Palancas Negras" voted for Lahm as world's best
Luanda - The captain of the Angolan national soccer team, Gilberto, voted for the German Philip Lahm, of Bayern Munich, during the vote for best player in the world for the year 2014, an award won by the Portuguese Cristiano Ronaldo of Real Madrid.

Gilberto has voted Ronaldo in second place and in the third Manuel Neuer, goal keeper of Germany national team as well as of Bayer Munich, according to the list of votes displayed by FIFA.
The Angolan midfielder who was speaking to ANGOP, justified the choice in the German defender because he is a regular player and winner of almost all competitions at club level (Bayern Munich) and national squad.
Gilberto congratulated Cristiano Ronaldo and said he had merit in winning the trophy, for everything he did and won in 2014.
