Basketball: Angolan under18 team crowned African champions
Luanda - The Angolan under18 men's basketball team were crowned on Sunday African champions after beating Egypt in the final by 86-82 after extra time in Amaoro pavilion in the city of Kigali (Rwanda).

The teams were tied at 77 points in 40 minutes in a very balanced match in which the Angolans were winning by just one point (41-40).
Angola (champions), Egypt (first runner-up) and Mali (second runner-up) clinched a place for the world under19 cup to be played in the Egyptian soil.
