Chess: Caxita pressurised to win last two games of African championship
Luanda -The Angolan international master, Esperança Caxita, has the pressure to do her best to retain the continental title, for such she needs to win the last two rounds of the Junior African Chess Championship happening in Lomé, Togo, and also hope and wait for the defeat of her closest opponent, the Algerian fide master Lina Nassr.

The Angolan chess player is currently in the second position opf the African championship with 5.5 points. Last Wednesday, in the seventh round, she beat the Ghanaian Maud Benson.
The leader of the competition, Algeria’s Lina Nassr, has 7 points.
The last two rounds of the continental championship are to be played this Thursday and Friday respectively.
Meanwhile, in male category, the Angolan international master, David Silva consolidated the lead with six points, after beating on Wednesday, in the seventh round, the Nigerian Jonathan Oyelabi.
This Thursday, David Silva will face the Algerian fide master Lamine Brahami.
The competition in both sexes is happening in the Swiss system of nine rounds.
