Handball: African champions play nations' tournament in Japan

Luanda - The national senior women's handball team play Friday at 6 pm Angola time with Japan at opening game of the nation’s tournament in Oita city, in Japan.

The tournament is part of the preparation game  of the African champions, aiming to participate in the World Cup in Germany, set for 1- 17 December, 2017.

According to news published on the website of the Angolan Handball Federation on Wednesday, the national team will play again on Saturday at the same time with Poland and on Sunday Japan will play with Poland.

Angola is in Group A, along with Spain, Romania, Paraguay, France and Slovenia.
