In the end of the training session, Silvestre Pelé, a member of the technical team, said he hopes the squad will play more control games.

So far, the squad only played one friendly game, having beaten Domant FC by 3-0.

On Wednesday (Jan 03) the coach is to announce the final team, who will leave for Morocco on January 5 or 6.

In CHAN-2018, Angola are part of group D, alongside Burkina Faso, Cameroon and Congo Brazzaville.

In the first round Angola will face Burkina Faso.
