AfroCup: Petro de Luanda thrash Master of Malawi (5-0)

Luanda - Petro de Luanda started well their journey at the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Cup, by crushing the Master Security of Malawi, in the first leg of the preliminary stage that qualifies for the group phase of this competition.

The goals of the Angolan vice champions were scored by Tiago Azulão (40 min), Toni (75', 80', 84') and Dinei (90+3).

The second-leg encounter is scheduled for 20 February, in Malawi.

The winner of this first eliminatory bout will then face South Africa’s Supersport United team.
