According to the lawyer of the military club, Arlindo Almeida, this decision follows the ruling of the judicial council that dismissed the appeal filed, after the punishment of 70 days applied by the FAF Disciplinary Board.

According to the lawyer, before filing an appeal to the court, the document will first be translated into a technical language, because it contains a legal content, so as not to induce anyone to mistake. It will be referred to the FAF, which will submit to the court.

The banned players's list comprises Dani Massunguna, Paizo, Nelson da Luz, Geraldo, Natael and Show, all part of the "military team due to not participating  in the African Championship, 'CHAN2018' ', reserved for home-based players.
