Angola: Angola set for semi-finals in Under-18 African cup

Luanda - The men's Under-18 basketball team have qualified for the semi-finals of the African championship in the Malian city of Bamako, after defeating the Democratic Republic of Congo by 62-44.

At half-time, the national five wre losing by five points (26-31), but managed to reverse the score in the second half.

In the semi-finals, the pupils of Manuel Silva "Gi", who are aiming to revalidate the trophy won in 2016 in Rwanda, are set to play their part with the winners of the Tunisia-Mali game scheduled for tonight.
