Football: CAN Draw set for April
Luanda - The 32nd edition of the African Cup of Nations, taking place in Egypt, will take place on April 12 in Cairo, according to a decision taken at the last meeting of the Executive Committee of the Confederation of African Football (CAF).

ANGOP confirmed the information on Wednesday, from the site of the governing body of continental football, which says it is now the competition set for as from June 21 to July 19.
CAN was to be held from 15 June to 13 July, but CAF accepted the request from the Maghreb countries (Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria) due to the celebration of Ramadan, the communication reads.
Five cities will host the competition, namely Cairo, Suez, Alexandria, Ismailia and Port Said.
The Angolan national team which is part of Group I only needs one victory to qualify for the event. They face away from home Botswana on 21 March.
