Basketball: Interclube play Sporting Alexandria

Luanda - The Interclub women's basketball senior team will play this Saturday in (Egypt), the local team Sporting Alexandria, for the first round of the Group A of the African Champions Club League.

 The Angolan club which is in Cairo since last Tuesday, is focused on increasing the second position resulted from the tournament last edition (2018), won by the Ferroviário de Maputo team (Mozambique), that is in Group B.

 The squad coached by Apolinário Paquete is in the same series with the Energy BBC (Benin) and Mountain of Fire (Nigeria).

 However, already in Group B, besides the African defending champions, are also the FAP (Cameroon), Al Ahly (Egypt) and CNSS (Democratic Republic of Congo).
