Basketball: Petro lose, postpone title

Luanda - Petro de Luanda conceded a 70-73 home defeat on Monday to 1º de Agosto in the fourth game of the playoff final of the national senior men?s basketball championship.

Petro de Luanda that were leading 3-0 the playoff failed to lift the trophy following a defeat in the fourth match.  

Petro de Luanda have won the national basketball championship title for 13 times, while 1º de Agosto the most crowned team in Angola, add 19 wins to their tally.
