Handball: Angola win Carpati Tropy
Luanda- The national senior women's handball team won the "Carpati Tropy" international tournament last Sunday after a 21-goal draw against host, Romania.

Angola ended tied in the standings, the African champions benefited from the Average Goal. Angola beat the opponent 13-9 in the first half.
The tournament was part of preparation for the upcoming African Games in Rabat (Morocco) and the World Cup next December in Japan.
The National Team who return on Wednesday (05) to the country, started the competition with 26-21 win against Japan and got a new triumph in the following day against Romania national Team B by 29-18.
