CAN2019: Angola's national team already in Egypt.
In the Egyptian territory, the "Palancas Negras" (Sable Antelopes) will hold the second friendly match on 19 June, namely with South Africa.
In the first game, the national team defeated Guinea Bissau 2-0 in Portugal.
The national team’s coach, the Serbian Srdjan Vasiljevic, selected the following players for the final squad,Toni Cabaça, Landu, Ndulo, Dani Massunguna, Bastos, Isaac, Paizo, Edy Afonso, Wilson, Jonathan Buatu, Bruno Gaspar, Herenilson, Show, Macaia, Stélvio Cruz, Djalma Campos, Freddy, Geraldo, Mabululo, Mateus Galiano, Wilson Eduardo, Gelson Dala and Evandro Brandão.
With the aim of improving the quarter-finals of 2008 and 2010, Angola are in Group E, with Mauritania, Mali and Tunisia, the latter being the debut opponents, on the 24th.
The Palancas Negras are participating for the eighth time in the African football summit, following their presence in South Africa (1996), Burkina Faso (1998), Egypt (2006), Ghana (2008), Angola (2010), Gabon/Equatorial Guinea (2012) and South Africa (2013).
