Football: Sagrada Esperança ensure big acquisitions

Dundo - The Sagrada Esperança squad have ensured the acquisition of the two football players from the Portuguese and Turkish championships, affirmed to ANGOP, last Sunday, that team's coach, Roque Sapiri.

The two acquisitions are Pedro Henriques, Brazilian national that last season played for the Turkish championship,  and the Portuguese player Emanuel, who lined up for Feirense last season.

Ivory Coast midfielder Savané, formerly Williete de Benguela, will also represent the Sagrada Esperança Club, at a time when, in addition to the first division national football championship (Girabola2020/21), they will also play in the Angola Cup and the Confederation Cup.

He said that the squad will consist of 27 players, ten of whom are new acquisitions, fulfilling the group of a dozen; Karanga (former Petro de Luanda), Celso (former Progresso Sambizanga), Jó Paciente (former Sporting de Cabinda) and Reginó (former Sporting de Cabinda).

Following up are Sozito (Former Academia do Lobito), Vitorino and Leonardo, both Former Williete de Benguela.

Regarding the opening of the workshops for the next season, he said that everything depends on lifting restrictions imposed on sports activities due to Covid -19.

Menwhle, the technical team of this eastern Angola club have loaned the players Jiresse, Cabibi, Higino, Titi, Francis, História, Almeida and Guedes.
