Uaba commune to gain agrarian growthpoint in 2010

Caconda - An agrarian growthpoint will be created in 2010 at Uaba commune, Caconda district (south Huíla province), under the government programme to combat poverty.
This project was announced by the local administrator, Adão Sebastião César.
The source, who did not mention the extension of the project, only revealed the construction residences, warehouses of harvested products and the rehabilitation of an irrigation channel of 45 kilometres.
With the rehabilitation of the Uaba agrarian complex, the production of maize, beans, vegetables and other agricultural products will enable to reduce hunger and poverty.
