Speaking to the press at the end of a visit to the premises of the CFM in this city, the Chinese diplomat said that within three years the railway circulation between Angola/Namibia and Zimbabwe will increase commercial exchanges and get affirmed as a major source of revenue for these countries.

According to Cui Aimin, the train movement is of utmost importance to the reconstruction and development of Angola and its interconnection can help get rid of exclusive dependence on oil.

"Angola has already has built large railway extensions and believe it will contribute to the reconstruction of the country, currently experiencing a less good moment due to the drop of oil price in the international market", stressed the ambassador.

Cui Aimin ensured that his country, as part of the cooperation that exists with Angola, will continue supporting the process of railway rehabilitation of the region, in order to develop and create policies that aim to raise revenues for the state coffers.
