Speaking to Angop, Rita Miranda stated that such a measure is based on the fact that some users have underlying securities granting land plots, but they do not properly use them, preventing the access to people interested in exploring the lands.
Rita Miranda explained that to avoid such a situation the small, medium and large farmers must show work, because the failure of the effective utilization rates for three consecutive years or six interpolated years will enter the sanction phase according to the Land Law.
