Cunene: businessmen advised to invest in ecotourism

Ondjiva - The head of Department of Hotels and Tourism in the southern Cunene province, Fernando Hipunhati invited on Monday, national and foreign businessmen to invest in ecotourism, in order to boost the activity in the region.

Speaking to Angop about ecotourism in Cunene, the official added that the province has great natural tourism potential if well explored will surely attract great businesses.

Fernando Hipunhati stressed that Cunene has a significant range of natural leisure sites including the flora and fauna associated with the rural tourism, the course of the Cunene River which flows into the Atlantic Ocean, the Ruacana Falls, Monte Negro falls , the African biggest baobab tree, Mupa national park, among others.
