The official said so when justifying the reasons for the constant cuts of electricity in Luanda, during a visit to the substations as part of the Soyo combined cycle power project.
"Constant power cuts in Luanda has to do with the increase of consumption that contributes to the increase of deficits, since the supply capacity is constant", explained the minister.
The minister explained that these reinforcements did not respond globally to what is the demand, but he stressed that the answer will be given by structural projects including Cambambe, Lauca dams, and the combined cycle power plant in Soyo.
