Bié: Government headquarters

The information was released to the press Wednesday in Kuito city by Bié province director of the Study and Planning Department, Juvenal Teixeira da Silva Girao.

The official explained that as compared to the previous year (2015), there has been a decrease of about 30 percent, due to the hard financial situation facing the country, following the fall in the oil price in the international market.

He said that the amount does not meet the expectations of the province and is to be used mainly in the sectors of education, health, energy, water and basic services.
