Cuimba's agro-industrial farm to start egg production in 2018
Cuimba - Ten million of eggs per year will begin to be produced in the first half of 2018 in the agro-industrial project of Diadia, Cuimba municipality, northern Zaire province.

According to the head of the project linked to the company CAMCE, the Chinese Paul Ren, who was speaking to Angop on Thursday, five poultry farms are under construction, one for raising broilers and four for laying birds.
He also said that the construction work of four incubators, with the capacity of conserving 20.000 eggs in 21 days, a warehouse for the conservation of eggs and chickens, including a slaughterhouse with the slaughtering capacity of 200.000 hens per a day .
According to him, the project currently employs 170 workers, of which 100 are nationals and 70 are Chinese citizens.
Diadia's agro-industrial project, which is being developed since 2014, is also dedicated to the production of large-scale cereals (maize and soybeans).
This project, an initiative of the Ministry of Agriculture, is valued at 9.9 billion kwanza.
