This was said Wednesday in Luanda by the director general of the Taps Industry (Angtor), Edson Lobito, when speaking to the press during a visit paid by the Israeli businessmen to the Special Economic Zone (ZEE), as part of the 1st Angola - Israel Business Forum, which took place under the motto "Together for Development".

He stressed that possibilities should be studied and the priority sectors for cooperation between business people in both countries.

Edson Lobito explained that his company has now an annual production capacity of 96.000 taps and can triple it if the firm embraces Israeli technology, which can create more jobs, leading the country to produce more and better.

On his turn, the director general of the Israel-Angola Chamber of Commerce, Morris Revah, said Israeli businessmen were impressed by the size and quality of the Special Economic Zone.

"There is planning and preparation by the responsible entities of this unit, including all phases and needs of industries, basic and complex infrastructures, including everything that a park and an entrepreneur need to make their companies work", he said.

He added that all are in place, hoping only that the country's and international financial situations would be stabilized for the full functioning of investment and development hubs.

He stressed that taking into account of Israel's industrial capacity, the information technology, electricity distribution, agriculture and agriculture-related industries could be selected to establish partnerships between businesspeople from both countries.
