Boa Vida housing development starts distribution of residences in November

Luanda - The first 330 residences, out of a total of 600 built in the Boa Vida housing development, in Luanda, will start to be occupied by the respective owners in November this year, informed last Thursday the commercial director of the business group in charge of this undertaking, Gizela dos Santos.

The project, estimated at USD 300 million, comprises four separate  condominiums with residences of the three-bedroom and four-bedroom types.    

ANGOP has learnt that it is also included in the same project the construction of schools, medical centres, administrative offices, commercial establishments, hotels, banks, kindergartens, leisure areas and other public services, in an area of 722,000 square kilometres.     

This project has created a total of 3,500 direct jobs and 5000 indirect ones.
