Cuando Cubango: 70,000 peasant families integrated in agricultural campaign

Menongue - At least 70,000 peasant families and 27 co-operatives have been integrated in the 2017/2018 agricultural campaign, in the south-eastern Cuando Cubango Province, by the Agricultural Development Institute (IDA).

For the 2017/2018 agricultural campaign it is expected the preparation of about 200,341 hectares of land, informed last Thursday, in Menongue City, the IDA board official, Domingos Raimundo Ngonga.   

He revealed that that the campaign is focussing on products like cereals, legumes and tubers, among others.
