According to the official, the bakery activity in the province is still timid, since the region has only 15 bakeries insufficient to meet the daily demand of the population.
He explained that of the six municipalities that make up the province, only Cuanhama, Ombadja, Namacunde and Cahama have bakeries, while in Cuvelai and Curoca the consumption of bread is homemade or even acquired in neighboring municipalities.
"Faced with this reality, he challenges the national or foreign entrepreneur to invest in the region, since they are open to meet any trader who wants to explore the activity," he said.
