Bie gains 15.000 new electric power connections

Cuito - At least 15,000 new electric household connections will be made in the municipalities of Andulo, Camacupa, Chinguar and Cuito (Bié) by March this year, as a result of government investment in energy supply to the population.

The CEO of National Electricity Distribution Company, Ruth Safeca, told journalists last Sunday, during the visit of the Minister of Energy and Water, João Baptista Borges, to central Bie province.

According to the source, for that purpose, the company (ENDE) will set up 34  High voltage Transformation Posts (PT), aiming to expand the capacity of service of the population, as
well as to rescue the good image before  the consumers.
