Amadeu Nunes was speaking to journalists on Saturday on the sidelines of the ceremony to launch the issuance and printing process of trade license for small enterprises in northern Zaire province.

He said that the process is part of the Ministry of Commerce's strategy to decentralise and modernise services.

To him, this project aims to reduce by two to three days the delivery deadline of the document of the user, contrary to the 30 days of deadline.

In order for the trade license issuance to cover all country, there are still some provinces that need to benefit from the process.

They are Cabinda, Cunene and Cuando Cubango.
