This was during an interview the chairperson of the " Os Solos" Agricultural Cooperative, Almeida Ngondo, granted to Angop on Tuesday on behalf of the group.

Ngondo said that a regional market in Bengo province would facilitate the trade activity of the product.

He added that the move also encourages the farmers to increase production.

Almeida Ngondo said that the local coffee farmers continue to face difficulties mainly linked to the sale of coffee, due to the lack of buyers.

Almeida Ngondo predicted a three and a half tonnes of harvest this agriculture campaign, which represents an increase of two and a half tonnes compared to 2017.
