According to a source from the National Fuel Society (Sonangol), in Luanda, contacted on Monday by the National Radio of Angola (RNA) in Cabinda, said the fuel to be delivered at Cabinda Oceanic Terminal (TOC) is in its way to the province through a tanker.

For over four days drivers in Cabinda Province have been facing serious difficulties at petrol stations to refuel, due to the lack of the product in this region.

A note from Sonangol says that high tides have prevented the normal delivery of fuel to Cabinda through vessels.
