Royal Seguros holds 1st arbitration convention
Luanda - Royal Seguros and the Angolan Association of Insurance Mediators (AMSA) are holding on 22 November the 1st Insurance Mediators Convention, with a view to training agents and promoting insurance activity in Angola.

The meeting will address issues related to insurance market from the perspective of mediation in Angola with the social and economic importance of insurance, the impact of mediation on the Angolan insurance market, impact of information technology on sales, among others.
According to Royal Director General Edgar Massala, the initiative aims to make it possible to increase the penetration of insurance business, and the insurance market is becoming more competitive and demanding due to rising expectations.
The convention will cover all operators both those who are part of the insurance market.
The company supports the project to increase the human capital of the insurance market and plans to train more than 2000 young people from 2020, with the opening of a training center.
