Projekta/2019: Civil Engineering Fair opens at ZEE

Luanda - More than 100 national and foreign exhibitors are attending the 16th Projekta/2019 Edition, which opens its doors this Wednesday (13), at the Luanda/Bengo Special Economic Zone (ZEE).

According to a source with the organizers, there is an expectation of 15,000 visitors during the four days of the international fair of Civil Engineering, Public Works, Urbanization, Architecture, Real Estate and Refurbishing.

The fair which is held simultaneously with the “Salão Imobiliário de Angola (SIA)” (Angola Real Estate Exhibition), named Projekta and SIA/2019 will be held under the motto “Designing the Future, Building the Present”, according to a press release of the organizers, to which ANGOP had access last Tuesday.

Projekta and SIA/2019 is a joint action between the Eventos Arena company and the Angola Real Estate Professionals Association (APIMA) and it is an expected event that intends to present solutions for civil engineering, reform, as well as to innovate works in sectors of Public Works, Urbanistion, Architecture and Real Estate.


The fair aims to promote the national market of Civil Engineering, Public Works, Urbanization, Architecture sectors to foster business opportunities and international investments of those fields.

The biggest event of the Construction Industry, Public Works, Urbanization, Architecture and Interior Design and the SIA, has the support of the Ministry of Spatial Planning and Housing.

The project will bring up options of construction materials, alternative energy sources, security, gate, furniture, decoration, wallpapers, amongst other novelties of these sectors.

In the fair, that counts on the partnership of the Building Materials Industry Association (AIMCA), plans to also hold lectures that will talk about the real estate product marketing techniques.

The ending of the exhibition, scheduled for next Saturday (16), will be marked with a ceremony of delivering prizes and diplomas of participation.

In 2018, the Projekta Fair was held simultaneously with Industry-Expo, gathering more than 200 exhibitors.
