Last May, the WB launched this public consultation with members of the Executive, MPs and provincial governments to improve the partnership for 2020-2025, which includes portfolios of projects related to the diversification of the economy and strengthening of institutional capacity.

The partnership drawn up on the basis of the National Development Plan (PDN) 2018-2022 also includes projects related to the definition of bases for access to a cost effective basic economic services such as water, electricity, telecommunications and transport.

These initiatives, aimed at boosting private sector-centered diversification and growth, will be supported by the IFC (International Financial Corporation), the World Bank Group's IFC, which also wants to help improve and increase agricultural productivity in areas to be selected.

Improving macro-fiscal resilience, streamlining Government intervention in productive activities, are other projects under consultation by the World Bank Group.
