According to the chairperson of the Association of Polish Exporting Companies, Ryszard Nowak, the delegation gathered information on the energy, industry and agri-livestock sectors of Cuanza Sul, which could be discussed at a Poland / Angola forum in October of this year".
The deputy governor of Cuanza Sul, Demétrio Sepúlveda said that the region has arable land, electricity from the Lauca and Cambambe dams, and has inter-municipal and provincial links that can contribute to foreign investment and partnership.
The province of Cuanza Sul has around 2,857,501 hectares of arable land, of which the sector exploits 548,555 hectares, which constitute only 19, 20 percent of the arable land used for exploitation and in the fishing sector, a coastline of 178 kilometers rich in fish and Crustaceans, and livestock sector for raising cattle for the production of milk and milk products
