Entrepreneurs want government involvement in credit support
Luanda - Representatives of Angolan business associations in Luanda on Tuesday defended the creation of a Multidisciplinary Working Group, involving the Government and businessmen, so as to allow them to participate in the preparation of the Operational Plan of the Credit Support Programme.

The Credit Support Program (PAC) is an initiative of the Angolan Government, approved by a Presidential Decree on May 17, which aims to facilitate access to credit for producers who want to dedicate to the production of the 54 products of the basic food basket.
A total of 141 billion kwanzas is expected to be made available by the end of this year by eight Angolan commercial banks to fund the said programme (PAC).
