Aipex's proposals estimated at over USD 60 mln
Luanda - At least USD 1million is the global value of the 16 private investment proposals implemented this year by the Private Investment and Export Promotion Agency (AIPEX).

The proposals are part of 44 received in the commerce sector and enabled to create 1.333 jobs.
The institution received a total of 189 proposals, which were expected to create 1,800 jobs, said Aipex administrator for investment and fundraising area, Sandra Dias dos Santos.
The manager released this data on the sidelines of the first Business Forum, as part of Luanda Municipality Business Fair programme, opened on Wednesday.
According to her, the largest investment was made by domestic companies, followed by mixed investment with partnerships of Angolan and foreign companies.
As for the foreign companies, the official mentioned Portugal with 19 proposals worth USD 7 million, China with six proposals totaling 176 million, Eritrea with five proposals standing at 5 million.
She also said that the products in the export line at this moment are salt, fish, tropical fruits, wood, coffee and honey.
