INADEC mediates 30 million Kwanzas refunds
Luanda - The National Institute for Consumer Protection (INADEC) mediated in July this year conflicts that allowed refunds totalling 30.7 million Kwanzas throughout the country.

According to a press release from the institution, which Angop had access to on Saturday, on the same path were returned to several complaining consumers an amount of around 45,000 USD.

Meanwhile, INADEC in July settled 295 complaints, of which 225.
With regard to the monitoring and control of the consumer market, the Department of Market Research and the Provincial Services of INADEC carried out 664 verification visits, recording 413 infringements, 134 complaints, 26 seizures, 12 actions for the destruction of expired products and products unfit for consumption, issued 243 notifications and carried out 209 advisory actions, as well as 111 awareness-raising actions.
