Uíge: Staff training with special attention in 2015 - says Governor

Uíge- The provincial governor of Uíge, Paulo Pombolo, pointed out that the training of cadres at the level of general education subsystem, higher education and the professional technique deserved special attention in 2015.

Speaking at the end of the year greetings ceremony, the official stressed that the education sector continues to grow, having registered in 2015, about 470.853 students enrolled.

"We need to systematically initiate a series of measures, taking into account not only the quantity but also the quality of training of the new man", he said.

The school of teachers’ training and polytechnic institutes, he said, should be well monitored by the school inspection so that quality is not compromised, and for this purpose is investing in the training and continuous creation of better conditions for all stakeholders in the process of teaching and learning have the environment conducive to the noble activity of teaching.
