This was said Monday in Luanda by the minister of Higher Education.
Adão do Nascimento.
The minister was speaking at a session of the National Assembly (Angolan Parliament) discussing the State Budget within its specialised commission.
He informed that an inventory has been conducted in various provinces of the country by a team of technicians in the sector seeking to implement the above programme.
The official said the programme is one that is not part of the State Budget, but efforts were underway towards its approval.
According to Adão do Nascimento, the option for pre-fabricated infrastructure was due to the less time it takes to build.
He added that pre-fabricated infrastructure helps gain time and offers comfort and dignity to those using them and they can last as long as 40 to 50 years.
