Moxico Government, higher education ministry sign memorandum
Luena - The Government of eastern Moxico province and the Ministry of Higher Education (MES) Monday in Luena signed a memo for consolidation and expansion of higher education in the region.

The deputy governor for political and social sector, Adriana Sofia Cacuassa Bento, signed for the provincial government, while Secretary of State for Innovation, Maria Augusta da Silve Martins signed in representation of Higher Education Ministry.
Speaking to the press, the Secretary of State said that the memorandum aims to create new institutions of higher education in the province.
According to her, the construction of the infrastructure will enable the introduction of the new courses to respond the local emerging needs.
