The government official made such pronouncement when delivering a speech at a ceremony of diplomas handover to the new graduates. He stressed that the new graduates will help to reduce the difficulties being faced by some institutions, chiefly hospitals.

“For the first time, in the history of our country, physicians are being trained in Lubango, this time they are 47. This will never stop and we want to promote excellence in higher education, based on scientific research”, said the source.

The minister also recognised the commitment of the national and foreign university lecturers that enabled the Mandume Ya Ndemufayo University to present today its first graduates.
