Higher Education minister wants innovative results in UAN

Luanda - The minister of Higher Education, Adão do Nascimento, Thursday, in Luanda, called on new rectorship college of the Agostinho Neto University results that represent innovative solutions to the different problems facing the institutions.

The Cabinet minister, who was speaking at the presentation ceremony of the new rector college of the university, also called for ways to resolve the problems facing the academic region 1, covering the provinces of Luanda and Bengo, as well as across the country.

Adao do Nascimento said he expects for increasingly strengthened organization and management, and the scientific research present new results, and knowledge in this institution, in its various areas, is well established and shared with the other universities of the country.

He wished that they focus on the academy's tasks, above all, teaching and learning, training increasingly good professionals, technicians and good citizens, patriots and invest seriously in the enlargement of the faculty.

"With this rectorship college presented now, this unit and the work that will develop will allow the talent of each one to be reviewed and that the institution is well served to maintain its leading brand in all the higher institutions of the country" he stressed.
