Major efficiency of higher education institutions defended
Luanda - The chairman of the Sagrada Esperança Foundation, Roberto de Almeida, last Thursday in Luanda defended the need for major efficiency and efficacy of managers and administrative cadres of higher education institutions.

Roberto de Almeida said so at the opening of the “International Conference on Financing to Higher Education Institutions”.
According to Roberto de Almeida, in any part of the world there are always challenges for the academic management sector to face, which includes the achievement of efficiency and efficacy.
“Higher education institutions in Angola are not different in this respect, especially in the materialisation of their prgrammes (…)”, he explained.
To the official, the human being is the main productive factor for development.
Roberto de Almeida also expressed his conviction that the works will produce useful conclusions and recommendations, thus bringing about an instrument for public consultation and source of credible information.
