Maria Augusta Martins made this statement at a meeting with the Order of Engineers of Angola (OEA) and the managers of public higher education institutions that provide engineering courses.

According to the official, the Ministry of Higher Education aims to create the standard study plan for the different degrees in the areas of engineering, as well as to standardize the classifications of the courses.

In his turn, the representative of the OEA, Eduardo André, defended, as an important step for the quality of engineers leaving the country's higher education institutions, that each organic unit has a Center for Scientific Research.

For them, the newly trained cadres will be able to do their research in a continuous way, in a union between experienced cadres who are transmitting the knowledge to the new graduates.
